On the Amalfi Coast

January 30, 2017

After spending a month at the Swiss L’Abri, we originally planned to spend the last half of our travels in Portugal but we just couldn’t pass up the $40 flight to Naples, Italy. We knew this area would be quiet during the winter months but it was exactly what we needed after a month of deep diving.  We spent a week exploring the coast from Sorrento to Amalfi decompressing and enjoying the most populated areas of summer all to ourselves.

Some highlights included staying on the Marina Grande, taking a private boat tour around the island of Capri with our guide Alfonso (who found a quick liking for Jen), walking the Sentiero degli Dei, and celebrating Jen’s 29th on the beach of Positano.

These images were taken over the month of February 2016 between Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi, and Positano.
